    If you are collecting your tree from our outlet it must be on the Delivery/Collection date you have nominated as per our terms and conditions. So please note in your diary. Please note For 2024 we will only be open on Fridays 10am-4.pm, Saturdays 9am-4 pm and Tuesdays 10.30am-4.pm. Pre-organised collection outside these times will incur a $20 surcharge.

    Byron Bay collection on Sundays from St Finbarr’s primary school between 11am and 12 midday.

    Removal of tree is early January and we will remove your tree and recycle it. You will get a text message between Christmas Day and News Day stating Day and a time window please be aware that we have hundreds of collections in our schedule so please put this time in your diary. You will get another text/call when we are about 20 minutes away.
