1. Introduction
1.1 GCCT is operated by The Trustee for MACJ Unit Trust ABN 70 633 597 637.
1.2 These Terms & Conditions govern all orders, deliveries, collections, installations, removals, and interactions relating to our products and services.
1.3 By using our website or placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Products & Quality
GCCT supplies real, natural Christmas trees, a living agricultural product that can vary in shape, size, density, fragrance and appearance. Needle drop is normal. Tree photos are examples only. Trees are supplied within their stated height category.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
Additional fees may apply for delivery outside standard areas, installation, January removal, special access requirements, and apartments above ground floor.
4. Delivery & Collection
Delivery dates and time windows are approximate. Delays may occur due to seasonal demand, weather or traffic. If no one is home, trees may be placed in a safe location. Clear access must be provided.
5. Installation & Decoration (Gold Service)
Gold Service includes delivery, installation, decoration and January removal. Decorations are subject to availability.
6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of real Christmas trees, change-of-mind refunds are not available. Nothing excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds are not provided for minor variations, needle drop, preference or environmental effects.
Claims must be made within 24 hours with photos.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must keep the tree stand filled with water, avoid heat sources and follow care instructions.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCCT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Liability is limited to replacement or refund at our discretion.
9. Changes to Orders
Order changes must be requested at least 48 hours before delivery.
